M.Sc. in Highway & Traffic Engineering.

Yow Vice President and Founder
Mr. Yow is a licensed professional engineer
with over 30 years of experience in the planning, design, and
construction of highways, ports, new communities, and hotels. Mr. Yow joined Mr. Pang to found ACT
Consulting Engineers, Inc., in 1995. Mr. Yow
holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering and a M.Sc.
in Transportation Systems.

Howard
Shao Chairman, Founder & Technical Advisor
Mr. Shao is Chief Technology Officer, Executive Vice President and Founder, Documentum, of EMC Corporation. Howard founded Documentum in 1990 with a vision of uniting the world through content. 14 years and 13 million lines of code later, Howard has contributed greatly to Documentum’s leadership position in the enterprise content management market. As founder, Howard was involved in most aspects of Documentum’s early development, including day-to-day operations, funding and product development in addition to hiring the management team. The company was acquired by EMC in 2003 after successfully going public in 1996. Today he actively participates in helping to set the strategic and technical direction for EMC’s Enterprise Content Management business. In addition, Howard is working hard with his EMC colleagues to deliver on the ILM vision by bringing the line of business understanding of ECM to storage infrastructure management.
Howard has more than 25 years of experience in the engineering and development of mission-critical software and software systems. Prior to founding Documentum, he worked for Ingres Corporation as director of product development and prior to that, he was at Transaction Technology Inc./Citicorp as department manager for Data Base Processor.
A passionate technologist, Howard currently serves on the Board of Directors for e2020 Technology Inc. He received his BS in Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his MBA from Pepperdine University.
