Mr. Pang is a licensed professional engineer with over 30 years of experience in engineering information systems and civil engineering project management. His project experience includes motorways in the United Kingdom, subway in Hong Kong and toll roads in California. He holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering and a M.Sc. in Highway & Traffic Engineering.

Howard has more than 27 years of experience in the engineering and development of mission-critical software and software systems. He was Chief Technology Officer, Executive Vice President and Founder of Documentum. Howard co-founded Documentum in 1990 with a vision of uniting the world through content. Fourteen years and 13 million lines of code later, Howard has contributed enormously to Documentum’s leadership position in the enterprise content management market. As founder, Howard was involved in most aspects of Documentum’s early development, including day-to-day operations, funding and product development in addition to hiring the management team. The company was acquired by EMC in 2003 after successfully going public in 1996.
Prior to Documentum, he worked for Ingres Corporation as director of product development and prior to that, he was at Transaction Technology Inc./Citicorp as department manager for Data Base Processor.
